Abstract

The article analyzes the main news broadcasts of selected television stations
such as: POLSAT, TVN, TV Republika, TVP and TRWAM. The Focus was on agendasetting
analysis, specifically the first 10 minutes of news content presented by the
aforementioned stations. Particular attetion was given to coverage related to the 15th
anniversary of Smoleńsk air disaster, which was on April 10 2010. Additionaly,
the article discusses topics concerning the upcoming presidential debate, which was
widely covered in the analyzed broadcasts. The main aim was to present the differences
in how informations was conveyed by various media outlets.
